Itinerary
Arrive early in Baghdad, after visa procedures, start the tour by visiting the National Museum, then proceed to the most cultural street in Baghdad (AL-Mutanabi Street), full of the Baghdadi atmosphere and bookshops, and enter Haaraier Al-Mutanabbi without forgetting the 1904 cultural coffee shop (AL-SHABANDER), then go to the Abbasid Palace and Al-Mustansiriyah School, the first school in the Islamic era that spread the knowledge across the world back in the 12th century. After lunch, visit Tahrir Square, Fardous Square (where SADDAM HUSSAIN statue was), and a free tour in Karrada Street and Al-Mansoor Mall, dinner, and overnight.
After breakfast, go to visit, AL Shaheed Monument, Kasra Arch in Ctesiphon, lunch, Saving Iraqi Culture monument, Khahramana Square and the Sharazad and Sharyar monument. At night, visit Al- Kadhimiya shrines, Abo Hanifa, dinner, overnight.
Early go to visit Dur-Kurigalzu, an ancient city near Baghdad that was founded by a Kassite king of Babylon in the 14th century BC, lunch. Next, go to visit the Church of Sydat Al Nejat Syriac Catholic. End of the tour, departure to Baghdad airport according to the flight tickets.

Important notes:
- Cameras are not allowed in the holy shrines of Najaf, Karbala,and AL-Kadhimiyah. However mobile phones are allowed.
- Women must wear hijab around and inside the old cities that surround the shrines and inside the shrines as well. Also women should not wear makeup or nail polish.
Alcoholic drinks are forbidden from the south until Baghdad, after that there will be liquor stores and bars inside some hotels.
- The National Museum in Baghdad is closed every Saturday.
- Other museums and places in Iraq, like Basra Museum, Qishlah, Al- Mustansiriyah School, and Abbasid Palace, are closed every Friday and Saturday.
- Video and Flash are forbidden in museums.
